Subject: Buddy Search

I was stationed at Osan AB, Korea most of 1966 as a USAFSS ex-radio op admin SSGT assigned to the Base HQ .F. Special Security Office. My boss was Lt. Spackman, a Korean-American & my co-worker was a TSGT comm guy named Hagerty.

I'm looking for an African-American buddy, a SSgt, (I believe his first name was Joe, guessing the last name was Martin or Smith) who was TDY from the lst Mob/P.I., attached to the USAF Security Service unit (Skivy 9) during '66.

He may have returned to the P.I. after his TDY.

"Joe" was the only guy on base who wore bloused fatigue pants, the MOB beret & scarf and was always smoking a pipe. His nickname for me was "D".

I'd appreciate an EMail for anyone who can help me locate my old friend.
