Re-supply day at Mukdahan, Thailand, across the Mekong river from Savannakhet, Laos. - 1968

This TACAN site was called Phou Mano. Located 4 miles south of Mukdahan, Thailand. Designated Channel 99 and assigned the code name "Nancy," it became operational on January 8, 1968 and provided coverage for Khe Sanh. - Source: "One Day Too Long" by Timothy N. Castle, Columbia University Press.
