Bill Palmore.... Awaiting transportation by Air America in to Sky Line Tacan site. Site was over-looking the Plane of Jars, (PDJ) in Laos. Some of the other members of the team were 1st Lt. Keith F. Poch and SSgt. Clinton E. Trout and Team Commander 1st Lt. Bob Smart. There were more members of this team, however they were on separate orders, and I do not have a copy. - Bill Palmore

This is the same Keith F. Poch that, being well trained by Bob Smart and
myself became the 1st Mob Commander in 1988. Bob Smart is the Assistant Adjutant General, SC ANG and is a O-7 select. (All except Trout are Alumni members)
